Equipped event ambulance
An ambulance can provide an identifiable clinical resource at your venue. Its role may include on-site assessment, treatment and standby support, depending on the agreed medical plan and the personnel assigned.
Equipped ambulance provision and on-site clinical support, planned around your event, venue and agreed medical requirements.
An event ambulance brings together a treatment space, clinical equipment and the people who use it. Catseye Response Medical Services works with organisers across Manchester, Cheshire, the North West and North Wales to discuss ambulance standby and event medical support. The crew, equipment, cover hours and any transport role are confirmed for each booking.

Paramedic and EMT crew options are part of our service offering. Tell us the event requirements so the proposed staffing can be reviewed. The final booking should confirm clinical roles, crew numbers and the scope of support.
The ambulance provides a dedicated space for clinical assessment and care. Equipment is planned alongside the crew’s role and competence; discuss any specific requirements in advance rather than assuming a particular item is included.
Choose a position with usable access, clear directions and space for safe vehicle movement. Share restrictions, surface conditions, event entrances and crowd routes so positioning can be discussed before arrival.
If patient transport is required, its scope, crew requirements and destination arrangements must be expressly agreed. The event plan should also address what happens to remaining medical cover if an ambulance leaves the site.
For some events, a mobile treatment unit or other on-site resources may complement the ambulance. Our operational support unit can be discussed separately where additional treatment space would help the event’s medical arrangements.

Our ambulance interior provides a treatment environment with seating, storage and space for the agreed clinical equipment. Share the expected activities and medical requirements so we can discuss the crew and resources needed. On-site care and any patient transport are separate parts of the booking and should be clearly agreed.

Share the event details so we can discuss the crew, vehicle role and practical arrangements.
Include the location, timings and expected attendance, with setup and closing periods if cover is required then.
Send a site plan or programme where available and flag any details that may change.
Explain specific medical or access requirements so the proposed provision can be reviewed before booking.
Crew arrangements depend on the requirements and the booking agreed. Confirm the clinical roles and crew configuration with us before the event.
Any transport role and destination arrangements must be expressly confirmed. Discuss how an ambulance leaving the site would affect the event’s remaining medical provision.
An ambulance provides a different treatment and potential transport resource. An RRV is a response car for bringing medical personnel and equipment to an incident. Visit our dedicated RRV page for details.
